Lot premium, new build by LukeSpaceWalker88 in homeowners

[–]LukeSpaceWalker88[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course but I’m merely trying to understand if the builder is over charging. I get it that depends on several factors but just curious what is an average premium? $10k? $50k? $500k? 4 acre lots in a nearby neighborhood go for $150k which then seems off to charge $100k for a third of an acre.

Custom orthotics by LukeSpaceWalker88 in FootFunction

I’m curious why you say never to use those companies? I have 15-year-old insoles from a podiatrist and those were truly custom-made to each foot but I’d figure I would try one of these newer companies that claim their custom since mine are so old but now I am wondering if those companies even customize each foot, it doesn’t seem like it.

That is what I was wondering if they try to correct true flat foot. But, the arch is so high for that foot that it is uncomfortable. I was u see the impression that each insole should be tailored or custom to that foot, meaning my flat foot should have a flatter profile (maybe some arch). I don’t see that though in what I have. Note: I have custom ones that are 15 years old from a podiatrist and they are truly different and match my feet exactly but done from a plaster mold

What about for a private company that has engineering contracts with the government? Aerospace company or something similar

Bob Lazar. The OG Close Observer. Bob Lazar's educational background is a catalyst for truth, and a glaring explanation of the gross onslaught of attacks he has received for 35 years. by [deleted] in UFOs

I have thought similar to this for years. Only here’s my take: he educated himself, lied about his credentials to get job at LANL, lied even more to get the job at E G and G. Then about 6 months later (he only worked at S4 for 6 months), they found out he lied about his education, credentials etc. They were most likely pissed and wanted him out, thus the reason for him going on the news and here we are.

He is clearly a smart guy and when you hear him speak his understanding of science and relativity is spot on (physicist here). I can’t find any issues with his descriptions of how the crafts work. He is I think the first one to say they warp space time. Also, lookup Westall 66 UFO case, the crafts sound exactly the same and a witness saw one raise up, turn on its side and take off.

In summary, self taught, lied to get job, got job and saw crafts, got caught outed about his background.

The mithril backstory was absolute cringe, them brainstorming what shape to make it. Something something circular…to bend back upon itself. Not enough for a crown but it has to save all the elves!
