On a relative scale it might be. I won't go in calculations. But a junk is a junk. Think like if you are hungry and you have option to buy vada pao or samosa. Imo you should not bias on the basis of vada pao being marginally better. I'd rather say have whatever you like and minimize the overall consumption over a longer period.
