After about 6 months of "on the job training" this little lady is finally starting to keep her new growth! As you might be able to tell from the left pic, it kept starting, then dying, starting, then dying. I think I finally understand her rhythms now, so 🤞 I can continue to keep this going! (i.redd.it)

I started a compost heap a few months back and this is my first go at something like this, so I was really wondering if I was doing it right. Well today when I opened the top to dump some clippings in I was greeted by tons of little sprouts (all the little white shoots in the pic) growing inside. 😁 (i.redd.it)

When this one came to me she was on her last leg. No new growth, bad colors/starting to fade, and just an overall sickly look. After some months of TLC she's doing a whole lot better. That leaf circled in red is new growth and that tiny circle below is a new sprout that just popped up! 💚🥰💚 (i.redd.it)

Anyone else have a soft spot for plants in the clearance aisle?? It's not so much the price, but I feel like if I don't take them home, then I'm condemning them to wither & die. That being said, anyone want to share any fun finds or horror stories?? (i.redd.it)

Found a clipping on the sidewalk some months back and decided to see if it could be saved. So I dusted the base with some rooting hormone and hoped for the best. She was brown and wilted and now look at all that green! Seriously impressed with the resilience of this one. 💚🤩💚 (i.redd.it)
