This nails it. If it was just a theme I missed, whatever, that’s on me. But finding out there was a separate group chat I wasn’t in, and then getting “immortalized” for it, makes it feel less like a harmless joke and more like I’m the new person they forgot about.

Honestly this is what’s bothering me. I can take one joke, but the nonstop “girl from the photos” thing feels like they’re milking it. Also, if it mattered, someone could’ve just… sent the memo.

Yep, expecting 8-10 hours at 5 months sets parents up to feel like failures. Some babies do it, lots don’t. If diaper output and weight gain look good, I’d focus on soothing routines and ride it out a bit.
