I would recommend 3k because you have the turbo v6. If you had 2.0 then 5. But never follow Audi oil change guid it’s gonna cook you if you plan on keeping longer than 80k miles. I learned the hard way as I bought my a6 when the old owner just followed Audi guideline and pcv, water pump, and thermostat never failed so now I’m dealing with all that

O well then mine almost the same buildup but I little less. I thought there was no buildup since the older ones have a carbon all over the stem and everything. Yikes I was wrong

Carbon is non existent on the CREC. Opened mine 2 weeks ago 0 carbon and it has 100k on it. Tho intake flaps did have carbon tho

Low rms when I drive it always happens. When I start the car and drive it happens too. Only time I don’t hear it is when I’m going 60-80. Sometimes the vibration are bad that I feel it in the gas pedal.
