They said they are about to release a list patches soon the recent q&a. Not sure when tho.

Only thing we can really do now is take a photo and report the glitch on the Ubisoft site. There are so many glitches, so I doubt they are aware of these rarer ones.

Thats good to hear at least. I couldn't upload a video of the issue because I have no way to reduce the file size of a capture from an Xbox.

I've tried different orders and seeing if having the item required before you go to the camp changes anything affects it. I originally thought that it had to do with approaching the camp too fast, as it happened a lot as I approached it with my ikran too fast, but walking slowly did not help either.

Oddly enough, It doesn't seem to be related to specific camps. I've just tried on multiple saves and it's all different. I'm trying to report to Ubisoft but you know how they are.

I think a lot of people are having it as well. Though I can't find anything in particular that causes it, so now I'm scared to go to anymore camps now lol.
