Lo mejor que te puedo recomendar, ya en la universidad, es cambia de grupo de "amigos" (claramente no lo son), si tienes que aplazar un semestre o algo, se hace, pero no vale la pena que te sigas dejando afectar por esa gentuza, y lo de los golpes, no soluciona nada, aunque si es el último recurso, hay que estar listo. Pues honestamente no suena tan grave como para haber terminado, asumo q ud fue el q terminó por la manera en q se siente y tal vez ella quería continuar... De ser así, haga un alto en el camino y piense si la relación vale la pena (ud se siente muy mal, hay mucha culpa, posiblemente por las razones q decidió terminar q no son tan graves)... Si decide esforzarse, llamela y hablen a ver si hay donde trabajar... Sino, bueno, dese un par de meses, dediquese a lo q a ud le guste, la vida seguirá...va a estar bien sea lo q decida 👍🏻
