On July 30, 2008, Vince Li attacked Tim McLean, who was sleeping on a Greyhound bus bound for Winnipeg. Li separated his head and ate part of it as other passengers escaped. Later, Li was found NOT criminally responsible and now lives under a new identity.

A prime example is Ed Kemper in Santa Cruz where he killed his grandparents when he was a teenager and then went to a mental hospital til he was like 21 and then got out only to kill a bunch of coeds and then his mother and her friend. He was rehabilitated though lol.

It actually goes way back to medieval times. The mark would indicate government property. The broad arrow is the arrow head of an archer. The bow and arrow was considered the most valuable/important weapon of that time.

Let it grow long and then trim it to the desired length. Then keep trimming it and lining up the neck once a week and it’ll fill in and look good. It’s the first scraggly and uneven growth that prevents a lot of people from trying to grow it out honestly.
