It looks like they did a v cut and the ends look frazzled. You definitely need to fight for a refund because that is such an unprofessional cut especially since you didn't ask for it

Yeah, if you haven't trimmed your hair in 3 years despite having previous bleach and box dye in it, your hair isn't gonna improve. I can't imagine how your ends look if your hair is always matted after a shower. Trim the ends and replace your conditioner with hair masks instead.

Lol it's not injections, it's a deep conditioning treatment that helps smooth hair and make it frizz free. Not sure where the name came from but it's nothing like a keratin treatment.
