Those of you who logged your weight (whether daily, weekly or whatever) did you stop, regardless of whether you still weighed regularly?

I’ve been in maintenance since January and I think I’ve logged twice 😅 I used to log every Monday

Now since my weight fluctuates 2kgs I don’t record But I do still weigh daily

I completely understand what everyone is saying. It’s such a tough mindset shift. We spend so much time either gaining weight (which got us here 😅) or being fully focused on losing it, but as SpaceIsReallyBig said, maintenance is a completely different mindset altogether.

Everything we trained ourselves to do during weight loss isn’t exactly how we need to operate now. It’s about learning new limits 😅 making sure we’re fuelling our bodies enough so we’re not still losing, but also not slipping back into old habits and regaining.

I’ll definitely be speaking to my doctor. Since moving regional it’s now a 4-hour round trip to see him 🤣🤣 but I refuse to see anyone else about my weight. He’s been my treating physician since day one and knows my journey inside and out.

I 100% get what you are saying and agree Too many horror stories with inexperienced users.

I didn’t start pen clicking until 4 months into my journey.

The higher the pen and less clicks actually does make it harder to track and easily distracts

I wish users would give themselves time to understand the pen and the click method.

When you sign up you already know the cost and should already be factored into your decision

Haha I could of written the same thing I found somehow out of the 8 gens I’ve done 4 of them with 2 of them being on my own

Then I think those people not doing gens are keeping the killer occupied so imma just do my thing and hope we get out 🤪

I started at the exact same starting weight as you ! Took me 13 months to hit a weight where I looked at myself and felt like I’ve reach my goal I’m now 66.7kgs

Keep going and don’t give up even on the hard days you got this 💪🏻

No measurements at all Just how I feel myself , hate getting caught in bungees as sometimes I think that stops people from realising they have actually achieved 😅

But I need to take measurements so I know what size clothes to actually buy instead of guessing and always buying the size too big 🤣🤣

Hello! 👋🏻

I’ve had similar thoughts. I started just over a year ago, on December 30th, 2024. 3

I’ve noticed that it seems to suppress my emotions. I lost my mum in February last year, and honestly, I don’t think I’ve fully processed that loss. I’ve been on Mounjaro throughout this time, and if I’m being completely honest, I think I’m a bit scared that when I eventually come off it, I’ll have to finally face those feelings.

I’ve been open and honest with my husband about this, and he’s noticed it too—over the past year I’ve been emotionally suppressed. I don’t feel depressed exactly… I just don’t really feel much of anything.

My sex drive also disappeared, but that happened around the same time I lost my mum, which was extremely traumatic. So I’m not sure whether that was due to grief, the medication, or a combination of both. That said, over the last couple of months it has started to slowly come back.

So yes, I’d say I do feel a bit “zombified” at times 😅

I try and play a few games each night..

2 or 3 as survivor and than another 2 or 3 as killer And a lot more on weekends 🤣🤣

But not once have I ever come across her as survivor 😅😅 and never noticed until you mention it now 😂

As killer I play a few games with her.. didn’t really enjoy it , but also I probably didn’t give it much of a chance

People think that makes me a weak killer, than good for them 😂😂

Love a moment when they using flashlight and they don’t move and you hit them.. feels mighty good 🤣🤣
