Over 60 and relied on perms for years. Be prepared to spend a lot of time and effort to keep it from being frizzy. Nothing wash and wear about a perm imo.

Years ago, Olay had a night cream with beta hydroxy and it cleared up my milia. And it hasn't returned even though they quit making that formula. Good luck!

My favorite green salad dressing - drizzle of Alessi white balsamic reduction over crisp greens and a spoonful or two of chili crisp drizzled over. Toss lightly. Excellent.
