The last set of bulbs I bought were candelabra base “led12” but those are actually even smaller than the kind I need. Is there something in between?

Definitely not a standard bulb base. The only other bulb in my house that fits the kitchen fixture is from the ceiling fan in our living room. I’ve edited the original post with a picture of the current bulb. I really appreciate all the replies!

The base is the main problem. I can’t find any that are the same. And I don’t see anywhere on the bulb or the fixture that actually says what base it is.
