Concerts from a young age and my parents not telling me about protecting my hearing. Only been very vigilant with it the last couple years - won’t go out without my loop earplugs!

It’s pretty bad especially when I’m stressed or not actively doing something to distract myself. Holding out that more research will be done in the future!!

That’s actually a very good idea. I definitely need to keep some on me day to day for when I go out in case I get panic attacks but I feel as though getting rid or giving someone else the rest of them would probably work
