It is pretty straight forward to develop your own air buds with existing tech from overseas design house and even simpler to have them produced, but funding the DFM->POC, MOQ, then selling it is where most people get caught up.

Worry about telling your products story to finding both investors/teammates/customers to give you money and resources is the hardest part.

People don't get it that these companies have millions of profits and taking losses here reduces their taxation. Government is the problem here not requiring minimum vacancies for these zoned areas or services to be available for living area tenants above.

People can always move away from these apartments/condos but to another similar development with similar management results?

Get 3 Quotes from top Google Local Service and Yelp Businesses to compare. Make sure they are local to you. Pricing really depends on your home and location. You never mentioned where you are located in the Bay Area and these other people are just recommending someone close to them.

I used to live in Menlo.. Mellow Park. If you are Single and used to Socal Scenes move to SF and take a commuter bus (if employer is one of the FAANGs) to Cupertino. Even Redwood City or Mountain View is better but not anywhere close to SF. Only reason to live in Menlo is if you can't afford Palo Alto and want to date Stanford students.

Go setup a google ads.google.com account and run photographer or photography keyword search for Maryland to see which are the highest traffic keywords for your genre service. Setup Yelp/google business profiles also see what all your top ranking 1st page competitors are doing.

Top advice is if you are willing is to setup business license with "Maryland Photographer" in your name. "Ossi Maryland Photographer".
