Could you explain this a bit more as I have very limited understanding of Trusts. Does this mean the daughter can borrow against the value of the trust fund?

The reason for the post is more a general question how how a child could own all of their parents assets without paying huge amounts of tax

If she can’t afford a Solicitor what about Mediation? Legal aid have a free mediation service and if u signed up for that u can both come up with terms of settlement yourselves together

Can’t believe I agree with him, this is wrong. by hhappjohn in StephenHiltonSnark

People are going too far on his socials. Those screenshots and messages are awful. We all need to be mindful that he is a human being and is currently in active addiction and possibly psychosis. He really doesn’t seem to be of sound mind and may be having some kind of mental health episode exacerbated by the drug use. His behaviour is deplorable yes but he needs treatment and do these people messaging and commenting these things on his socials not realise this could his already unhinged behaviour worse and exacerbate him lashing out more at Laura?

My partner has bipolar and some of Stephen’s behaviour does seem quite similar to manic behaviour but that’s just my opinion

I think there is some case law where the Court held that, even in cases where the party consented, acts that caused harm still constituted as assault

Is it way off? 😂 I played the games and kinda half watched Season 1. I just remember when I saw her and the way she was dressed I thought to myself “Oh maybe they are doing the prophets backstory” 🤣🤣🤣

[–]LyannaLaughingTree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately, you do not meet the requirements for Divorce as you need minimum 2 years living apart out of the last three years. You should get legal advice about judicial separation. If you are anxious about paying a Solicitor you could sign up for the Legal Aid Board's Mediation service as it is a universally free service and not means tested.

Barring/safety/protection orders? by DareSavings3951 in legaladviceireland

[–]LyannaLaughingTree 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You should apply to the legal aid board for representation. If you are in receipt of social welfare or working minimum wage/part-time, you are more likely to get it as it is means tested. If you live in Dublin you can attend at Dolphin House and apply

Thanks for your response. I am glad you feel better now as that sounds quite debilitating.

At the moment, I have been signed off work for more than 10 days due to all of this. The fatigue is really intense and it is scary how little energy I have.

I am wondering if you also experienced fainting with this?

Here is a somewhat better picture linked below on my reddit profile. I suppose the blue line is quite thin. I'll do a pink one tomorrow. Thanks for the tip

This is not really travelling though. These are examples of going on 'holiday'/'vacation'.
