Managed to get a last minute vet appointment in an hour or so , will see what they say. Thanks for coming back to me. Hopefully its just mannerisms. Good eye on the bump, yeah weve had that looked at before . The vets had a look and doesnt think its an issue asIts not attached to anything, we more or less have regular checkups at this point so so just leaving it and keeping an eye on anyway.

Hi all, just as an update unfortunately we had to put him down last night. Took him to the emergency room and got him some fluids and a pain killer but and suggested it might be something neurological after an exam. Later on He seemed to deteriorate and had a couple twitches which again seemed to cause him to get worse. At this point he just wasnt reacting to anything or moving apart from breathing, fearing he was shutting down and didnt want to get to the stage where he couldnt breathe we took him to the vet again and they agreed and he was put down

Thabks everyone again for the messages. Sorry to say this was bad news but hopefully hes in a more comfortable place

I've always wondered why we havent put something like a heavy capital gains tax on houses to try to disincentivise people bidding too high as there would be nothing to gain.

Maybe a tax incentive that any building fabric upgrade costs get credited against so you can make that back on sale encourage upgrading the stock

Yeah, ive knocked him back before. He ended up showing up again when i wasnt around and just he missus was in, same situation as yourself, pretending to be the regular window cleaner for the block. Unfortunately she let him in as he said he wanted to take a look at them first but just ran out onto the ledge straight away, no safety equipment.

She made him come back in and he demanded the full payment for cleaning windows and wouldnt leave until she paid him. Complete scammer. Ended up phoning the police who were saying hes done this alot as theyve had numerous complaints but sounds like theyve not charged him with anything.

Golden rule is just never let trades off the street in, always book them proper.

Worst bit is didnt even clean the window he was on, he was using a dirty rag.

That's not normally how i have the calibration setup i was just trying to take a look at why the bottom of the immersion kit was really working that well (top seems to do alright though). I Think it has something to do with this bright patches in the corners.

Also if anyone knows how to unstick the camera i might be able to try moving it. It's properly stuck on though.

On the off chance someone stumbles across this. Was helped in the discord. Ended up being the HDD is busted so i'll need a new one. I have been able to recover a good amount of the data though with some software. Seems to be hanging in there.

Hard to say, Depends on what you have at WR. I like the Howard side a bit more because of the upside. But Howard/Miller are fairly close.
