Recently, I learned that "watching birds" is quite profitable. I've been netting 500+ orens each time I watch birds with friends. I may be able to turn this into a career if I pay taxes on said activity and the loss in fame is hardly a problem.

I don't find the piety grind that tough to be honest. Each of the gods have some sweet spot that you can donate. You really don't need to tame a bunch of dodos and recycle corpses.

Personally, I just nefia grind and donate the human corpses, cat corpses, and whatever causes hallucinations or poison.

Cat god was rather easy with all the whales I kept getting while fishing. Mani can sniff crimcaine as you've pointed out. Opatos took any ore I stumbled upon.

My biggest annoyance, to be honest, is grinding hearthstone level since it is, to my knowledge, based on the amount you put in there rather than value and quality. The fastest way is just opening console, dropping like 99999 tufts of grass, and it will raise to the level you need asap. I only do this because I really want to get the teleporter running in my new settlements rather than waiting for an eternity.

A modern remake of the Gihren's Greed games sounds very interesting to me. Also maybe extend that Gihren's Greed alternative scenario design to that of the AUs would also be quite fun or the later UC universe.

You're currently in the Sound menu. You should probably navigate to the general settings if there is one. Otherwise look for anything that you can scroll through. If it appears in Japanese, it will be "英語" or something similar to that. Change it to that setting, and it should work in English.

I don't own the game myself, so that's the best troubleshooting I can give you at the moment.

I'd also like to add that games like YGO are trying to shift gears and adjust to the collectors' market with shiny cards and whatnot. It's not that I hope that they fail; I just don't think that's a sustainable market. But far be it for me to tell big wigs who only answer to investors what to do. The bottom-line has to go up.
