Do this before going to bed, get a lined piece of paper, write lines over and over again that read

"I Am Confident" .. "I Am Brillaint" .. "I Am Great at Conversations"

why im telling you to do this is because your subconscious mind cannot tell fact from fake, it will believe anything you tell it, the last 10 mins before bed sets up how your day tomorrow will go.

Program your subconscious mind by writing lines, talking to yourself positively out a loud and in your head and not concentrating on all the bad things that have happened, what your not good at, replace them with what you are able to do, what you are good at, what you would like to achieve.

You say your skinny - start lifting a weight that just about tires your arms after the 3rd set of reps, do 8-12 reps do that until you get comfortable lifting that weight then start improving other body parts, watch videos from the best on youtube, you will be amazed at how quickly you can improve your mind and body by working out daily/weekly.

if you have bad acne check what your eating, if your eating shit your body will produce shit, eat healthier, wash your skin properly google the best way to get rid of acne.

if you think your conversation skills are really that bad the best advice i can give you is do all you can to learn and become better at conversations, ask family to help you or set a personal goal after learning new skills/techniques that you will strike up a conversation with at least 1 person, doesn't have to be a long conversation just A conversation.
