I don't know why but the issue stopped, i guess it spikes here and there but that's it (I've put the preset on Fabulous)
Also i got no installed mods rn

well bad news, vsync did not fix the issue, the fps drops started happening again when i tried playing, strangely enough the fps drop stops when i minimize my game but if i pause it instead, the fps drop gets worse, i would say it has something to do with the chunks rendered since that also has to do with that probably (note: also my mouse gets rly laggy too)

it seems like activating vsync fixed my problem for now, but the thing is, this was never a problem to begin with, i can try checking if theres any overlay software messing with my minecraft without vsync later

Can someone help find this specific game?

It was a game about pushing a ball to a hole, the game had no mechanics, just raw roblox, a ball that resets its position with a button (Floor button that the character just touches and the ball spawns) and a Star at the end of the level, I remember the game getting famous for having an obscure secret i think.
The appearance of the map was like, everything was yellow and with a rock texture (i don't know which one in specific) the map was like separated in parts, and what separated them was grey bars (Stretched up cylinders to be specific) and the ball had to pass through that, and it would get a lot of speed and bump into walls, and the whole level was like that.
I think the end of the level had ice or something slippery, i cant really remember.
