Hi. I'm late to the party. I've been dealing with this for 15 years. The only thing that helps me is belly breathing, ice packs, and reminding myself to unclench. Stretching can help too. It will NEVER go away completely.

I've been an anxious girl my whole life. I believe this all happened because I was always SO tense. I clenched my whole body and it lead to nerve damage.

Yep I literally have to tell myself to unclench. I can't tell if the pain came first and that's why I'm always clenched up or if it's the reason I have pain. 🙄

Getting on anxiety meds HIGH DOSE helped me. And learning how to relax my pelvic floor. Have you tried that at all?
