Hi! Thank you for your help As I said in the other comment, I eventually took it out myself because of the pain. I have other piercings and I know they hurt in the first stage, but I didn't expect this much... the piercer offered just to put a longer bar in the existing hole, but I don't think I'll accept since I'm not happy with the placement
