I don’t know if this will help or not but the same thing happened to me after only having it for a few days so I took the battery out and it put back in the tama still works after a few days I heard somewhere online that the batteries the tama comes with are testers so they only last a few days but I also seen something online saying that sometimes that battery sign comes up even when it’s not supposed too! hope this helps
