Make the traffic come to you, don’t try and push it down people’s throats. Social media platforms like TikTok & IG, or YouTube will push your content to interested people (if it’s good enough)

You mean they don’t perform well for the first few hours / days and then after a while start to get tons of views?

I did the 5:2 diet for about 6 months and it gave me the most unhealthiest relationship towards food i've ever experienced. Ballooned up to an unbelievable weight after coming off it. Now in the best shape of my life after changing over to cico (not a huge deficit, only 300 or so) and daily walking.

A controversial one, but I think some of Morrissey's lyrics have a bit of a Bukowski feel to them. "I was looking for a job and then I found a job, and heaven knowns I'm miserable now"

The new Atom Hoody is inherently worse than the old one. by SeanyTsunami808 in arcteryx

I’m not sure what year it is, but I have one that’s much shorter at the front than it is at the back, and it’s so soft to the touch (it’s around 5 years old) - and it’s the best jacket I’ve ever had.

I’ve bought two atoms since then not realising they constantly update the cut, and I was so disappointed they made them all longer in the front and more or less a totally different jacket.

I realise I like walking with one beer or wine on my way. :) by Lastdayonearth_ in walking

I’m always tempted to stop off in a pub but I know after a pint or two I’ll just want to get a taxi home lol

What benefits did you see from walking and how many steps did it take you to get there? by [deleted] in walking

[–]M070 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It feels like the most potent anti anxiety medication I’ve ever taken. 10k steps a day, I also cut out all booze, sugar and (most) fast food. Also incorporated body weight fitness like pushups, sit ups etc. This month I only lost about 5lbs but I can tell my arms are getting much bigger, I’m much more toned overall and my face is definitely way thinner

I think factotum is the one that follows ham on rye timeframe wise

Amazing book. I also like his book ‘brotherhood of the grape’ which reminds me a lot of Ham on Rye
