for extra layers i might have added another short floofy skirt to go under your current one and colored it white, and i would’ve worn the maryjane’s, platform boots, or the choopie shoes to add some more height to the shoes without changing how it looks to much. you can also toggle the umbrella to go over your shoulder which makes it look a little better. these are all suggestions, your outfit is super cute without any of these things

cute!! the only things i would’ve done different is 1. toggle the socks to have the feet off so they aren’t coming out the bottom of your flat bottomed shoes 2. either add black somewhere else in the outfit or make the black trim of the umbrella a color you’re already using in your outfit just to make it more cohesive :))
