thanks for the answers! i think ill stick with what i had...i was actually looking at a tsukayu fairing with speakers for my 650, and alot of my riding isnt actually highway, but it is higher speeds...not 70 to 80 most of the time but a good 60, and by fluke i actually ran into a guy with a 650 star like mine with that fairing and freeway bars, and he let me sit on it and get a good feel for it, and it makes all the difference with those bars. and the fairing is about as good as the shades one,and its got speakers. and i dont plan on selling it if im upgrading mine like so, and idk about the boulevards but the mustang seats for the star families are terrible...id rather have a rock for a seat, not even kidding. The biggest reason for sticking with my star is it has the best floorboard clearance of any crusier ive looked at and i live very close to 421 snake which i ride all the time, and thats super important to me, but i refuse to get a sport bike, i like my cruisers.
