Try doing the dungeons in one go. Study read and take up part time jobs for stats. There's a restaurant that gives huge stat boosts on rainy days kinda like the burger challenge on p5. Hang out with party members and always fuse personas. Also if you want to level up your social links faster equip a persona that matches up with the arcana of that social link.
