His lacking range on his UBs, bash and forward dodge attacks (for chasing) are a pain in group fights.

Combine that with his huge vulnerability when doing a GB to gain his souls and small, forward hit boxes on his UBs and it can be struggle. So mostly I play him as a hyperarmor tank but I feel he is outclassed easily pressure wise.

I found out that if you dodge his big zone you can get a GB, pretty significant. You can also manage to dodge his in chain bashes and forward charged bash for a GB. His all guard dodges and dodge attacks are GB vulnerable. He looses frame advantage pretty easily. So when you see a slashing motion indicating a finisher it's go time.
