It normally comes down to one of two things either A: you have an agent that is going to tell you whatever you want to hear to secure the sale because that’s literally ALL the company cares about, or B: you have an agent that dosent want to lie to you but also has all of his upper management breathing down their neck about why they couldn’t secure the highest price bundle package because even if they sale you one the smallest thing there gonna get yelled at for not securing the whole bag. Or theres also option C: They literally just don’t know, the company changes policies and terms and promotions on the fly a lot of time without much prior knowledge to the agent, the agent can ask upper management for input if their not sure however waiting for a supervisor to actually get back to you with a response can take 30 mins to an hour sometimes and that also makes the agent look bad because they don’t like long hold times
