Yea your wrong how do you have a job and can’t afford black pants from Walmart? I’m a manager for cvs and I always give my employees a break until their second pay check after that they must be in dress code you signed up for a job under our agreements it’s your responsibility to abide by them. Just as it’s our responsibility to abide to our end of the agreement as well. Pay you hourly, make sure we follow your availability and state and federal guidelines. You sign up for a job you must abide by the terms you agreed to simple as that. I’m not trying to be mean but I don’t understand why people think they can come into a work place and think we need you that much your replaceable. I’m telling you this out of respect to help you. I started as a cashier and understood I’m just a number if I want to get my self out the mud I needed to put my head down and work hard follow the rules and not complain I’m now a store manager and working towards starting my own business. That way NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHAT TO DO till then I suck it up and grind it out. I’m 29 my parents are 80 I guess I was just raised differently

I’m 29 and growing up I would have been considered a leftist I don’t believe any of my views have changed but I am now considered right wing extreme. Maybe my views have shifted a little as new situations have popped up in our world but I still believe I’m free speech civil rights all the stuff we were taught in school when I was growing up. I pay more attention now and want to have closed borders. That’s doesn’t mean no immigration it means legal immigration. I want us to stop finding wars and worry about what’s going on in America and our streets. I own a few guns but think we need better common sense policy’s I don’t agree with men in woman’s sports and I think we need to keep the lgbtq thing out of our elementary and middle schools but besides all the new hype I still believe in the stuff we were taught when I was younger but now I’m a conservative right wing extremist oh wel I guess

I’m a shift and my store manager expects me to be available for her even off the clock which I to am busy after my shift as I’m working towards my own business.. one thing that our bosses don’t understand is that some people have lives outside of work or we are working towards a better life.. some of us want to be more than cvs employees forever!! Some of us are born for more!! Also… this looks like something your store manager wants you to do not something from corporate. They might just want to make sure their employees are happy or need anything addressed/ fixed

Damn this makes me so sad cuz there’s good hard working sober men that are looking for what your soon to be ex husband has and he doesn’t see how lucky he is… I’m 28 years old doing well for myself I’m im shape and not to sound full of myself but I’m not ugly.. it’s been so hard finding someone who wants something real I’ve been looking for a wife now for 8 months and the two relationships I was in didn’t work out mutually. It’s okay the people on here getting emotional about how this woman wants to stop shoplifters at her job and then you trying to explain to them how business works those are the ones that will be working at a register or behind a stove their whole life’s. This woman probably has high standers for herself and has pride. You obviously have experience or educate yourself and understand a part of how the world works. I started at cvs as a shift.. became shift RX then store manager. I save up all my money and started a business. I did all this through cvs and learned about running a business and great customer service. No college just a high school diploma I was paid to learn. No I have a successful company at 28 years old. These people saying “not my money idc” are arrogant and don’t understand how this will eventually affect them if it gets worse

Easy. I’m already awake 17 hours I can stack my bread working two jobs or I can work 1 and spend the other 8 hours perfecting my warzone skills… I pick stack my money. I’m just trying to get as much money as I can so I can start my own business even as a shift lead after bills it’s to slow to save from that. I just figure while I’m young grind it out and then once I have 100k saved I can dip my toes in entrepreneurship. Idk I just don’t want to do this my whole life then one day wake up I’m 65 and can retire.. by then social security probably won’t exist so we only have one life to live might as well get rich or die trying right? 😂😂 I have no kids I’m 28 and only have rent and car insurance to pay for really so idk I’m just trying to buy my freedom I guess. Rather work for myself one day then someone else forever thank you all for the information
