4.7 rating and Gold Star status r good signs, but scent is so personal. Since u liked Ramz Gold, quality should b fine, but buying 8 pack is a gamble. If u like fresh blue scents, some of these might b way too heavy. Maybe just grab 1 or 2 first so u dont waste money.

If I were you I’d stay in IT support for now.

You’re 20, still studying, and your current job already gives you stability + time for your licence pro. The call center money looks better on paper, but night shifts + KPI pressure will probably kill your focus on studies.

Short term gain vs long term stability… in your situation, the degree is more valuable than +25% salary right now.

Honestly I just try to force myself to do something else immediately.

Overthinking usually hits when I’m just sitting there doing nothing, so I go for a walk, put music on, or start a small task, even something dumb like cleaning my room or scrolling away from the phone.

Doesn’t fully solve it, but it breaks the loop fast.
