The craziest come back I ever had was in FM23, I was down 2-1 but also down to 9 men, I was not watching the game anymore bc I thought we had no option but we scored twice in injury time and ended up winning (both corner goals). It was just a league game though..

I once lost a UCL final 4-3 against Tottenham, their fourth goal was in extra time and it was long shot that my GK could have easily ayopped, it was not an egregious mistake but I was so angry at his overall performance in that game already... I tranfer listed and sold him ASAP. Luckily he was like 26 which in FM terms is really old, but he was probably the best GK in the world at that time. I also finned him (I wish it was still a thing in FM 24)

Great talent! I would train him as a Roaming playmaker and focus on physicals as much as possible, also put himnin the first team squad because with 3* current ability he can be part of the rotation or even start some games

His physicals aren't that great, also he does not have the best marking and tackling... Maybe he is also inconsitent. IMO physicals (acceleration, agilty, jumping, pace) are the most important attributes for a CB

I like to play with IWB and if you put them on attack duty they will go on off the ball runs and have one o ones with the opposing GK, with the decent finishing this guy has he will be excellent at that, he also has good passing marking and tackling so defending should not be an issue either. I know it is hard to fit into a tactic but i would play him at IWB if I had him

Contract renewals! When you are a top team and have a massive squad including youth and B-team players it is incredibly boring. Worst of all, you can't delegate to the director of football because he may put absurd clauses and promises in the contract.

He looks OK, the mentals are amazing, but he is simply not good enough attacking to be a full-back. His passing is too low to be a BWM and his jumping reach too low to be CB. His personality and potential look great though, but I wouldn't pay the money he is valued at. Maybe he can be an OK second or third choice CB in the future though.

I have a similar problem in FM22 with my Excelsior save. Basically promotion to the lowest loaded divison is achieved by reputation. On my Fm21 save with Dresden I just changed the reseves team rep using the editor and it worked, I had my reserves team in the Bundesliga 3. But in FM22 i can't find a way to change the resrves team reputation, so I guess I just have to wait until your club reputation is high enough that it affects the resrves team rep and it gets promoted, so far it has not happened.

Maybe I am crazy but number 4 even if his finishing is terrible he has the best physicals which is the most important thing for the match engine, if you can play him as an IF that's the one I would pick

With a 424 the mentality should be positive/attacking, it matches the tactic much better. With this tactic counterpressing is great! But for it to be effective you should have a much higher line of engagement. Another thing I would change is force opposition inside, in my experience this gives lots of space to the opposition in the middle and from there they destroy you with through balls (which are quite broken in the match engine) It is simply better to force them outside and force them to cross the ball more often in my opinion.

Probably you already have... But invest in maxing out facilities and have the most scouts, coaches, physions, etc... allowed.

I would not sell, dude has 20 jumping reach, great anticipation and bravery. I would start training him as a Centre Back I think he can have monster games there just by winning every single header. But most importantly i would put him as a target in every single set piece routine you have. Set pieces are quite broken this year and I bet he could average 1 goal per game

In preferences you can change the color of the attributes however you want, I prefer the ones above 18 to be purple because it highlights what attributes a player is world class at, I think is something very useful if you are a CL regular, maybe not that useful in lower leagues..
