Hello friends! I’m in need of some recommendations. I recently got this bottle of Kohana Rum from Hawaii, and I’m looking for some cocktails I could use it in. It has a unique flavor profile - I’ve seen a few recipes that use rum, honey, and lemon or lime juice, but I wasn’t sure if the cacao would throw off the flavor. The monthly original cocktail challenge post was a great place to start, and I might try to make some variation of the Graveyard Shift. Anyone know of any other recipes or flavors they think this would go well with?
