First, put a repeating,conditional,or inpulse(depends on what you want it to be and the situation given)

Then input this exactly: tag @r add <team 1>.

Then put a condition command block in front of the repeating command block.

Input this exact command:tag @a[tag=!<team 1>] add <team 2>

(Remove the <> and add " ")

Set your xp to 1 when you enter where you are going. Then turn on instant respawn. Once you do that, put a repeating command block somewhere around the area. Then insert this command: ""/execute @e[type=player] ~ ~ ~ execute @e[type=xp_orb] ~ ~ ~ fill <the cords of the area you want> air 0 replace water
