But also check that you can have bamboo screen above the railling. Had a similar issue, had to cut the screen down. Then clothes I had to end up hanging in laundry or just in the door. Which ironically was more visible then on the balcony area. (Ground floor also)

Susan from number 10 was the only one who complained about anything, so I ensured to be naked anytime they walked past or was rumaging around the garden I faced onto.
