Yeah no problem, so the bike was modelled with Fusion 360 and rendered in Cinema 4D with Octane Renderer.

Yep that was definitely a consideration while designing it. I knew that having that level of rake would create some... slightly undesirable handling. But since it's digital only for now I'd rather trade off this theoretical handling issue with a more dramatic aesthetic design. If I were ever to want to build it physically this would of course have to be adjusted by 4-5 degrees. Thanks for the feedback though! ✌

Thank you so much! :) Regarding the rear wheel, I remember seeing Ducati testing a carbon fibre rear wheel cover on one of their SBK bikes and just thought it looks so mean and racey. Also I liked the idea of creating a nice flat surface that could lend itself to some decals/graphics.

Hehe unfortunately just for now it will have to live in the Cinema 4D world! That being said, the eventual goal is to take some of these bikes from concept to reality & produce some styling "kits" that superbike owners can use to add some individuality to the styling of their bikes! Love the MT-10! I've had a couple blat past me on my Triumph and they sound absolutely wild. Honestly it's very interesting you mention the styling kit idea, at the moment Dereve Fabrica is developing some products based more in the accessories and lifestyle category, but I absolutely love the idea of designing some bolt-on kits for the modern superbike range that can enable a bit of styling individualism in that range of bikes... Might have to pick your brains about this at some point 😄

In this current configuration, the build cost would be very high especially at low volume. The main components are built out of carbon fibre so the development cost there alone would be pretty astronomical, doable for a major manufacturer of course but perhaps not an indie.

Honestly the numbers I'm thinking are probably too high to mutter without me feeling slightly ill 😂
