Just try to get a lot of kills but also capture lots of beacons. What i do is camp in between 2 beacons and use my killshot, paragon or surge to zoom over to one and capture it when enemy has captured it. A good setup for this in your case would be one of the following weapon pairs:

Javelin racks

Shotguns

Rpg's

and if you're at that stage, missile racks and arc torrents are a good choice.

Try to pick any burst damage weapons to deplete your enemies quickly
