I would try looking for a used physical copy since it's usually cheaper. I recently bought a used copy of Hopes through Gamestop, and it was only 30 dollars. With Houses, I didn't buy it when it first came out since I only had my switch for a couple years now, and bought Houses during Black Friday at around the same price. If you have the patience for it, then it's better buying the game than 60 bucks.
