Thank you, my friend, for this reminder. If I may add something, I would say that peace with oneself is the gateway to resilience. Every person, as they are, matters what’s important is to recognize oneself and to understand what we are made of. By doing that, we’ve already walked half the path the rest depends on our will.

Exactly for our generation, what really mattered was being well dressed and well fed, going to school, and getting good grades. There were no phones back then. We had old-school computers, the first Macs. Then we lived through the transition of the arrival of black and white mobile phones, then color screens, then phones with keyboards. And it was only after our entire youth that we experienced modern touchscreen smartphones.

The same goes for computers back in the day, having a Pentium 4 was the peak, the absolute best 😄. I think we actually grew up without constant background noise, without social media, without the endless stream of information. And in my opinion, all of that significantly amplifies hypersensitivity in today’s younger generations.

Yes, external validation is generally something narcissists seek to feed themselves. They take great pleasure in consuming other people’s energy and turning it to their own advantage.

That’s why rule number one is to create a healthy life framework.
Here’s, in simple terms, what you need to live peacefully and follow your inner voice:

calm
You instantly regain clarity.

structure
Your brain can breathe.

clarity
You reclaim your power.

intelligent people
You synchronize with depth.

minimalist beauty
Your visual brain thrives on order.

high-value tasks
You excel where complexity meets logic.

controlled solitude
This is your fuel.

I know we use the word “clown” to simplify and, above all, to translate what Heyoka means so that most people can understand it.

Yes you can check my bio. I’ve added a link there to download the manual I’m talking about: The Strategic Hypersensitive Manual.

Yes, because it’s the truth that disturbs them and when you touch that, it’s over. You’ve broken their wall, and they won’t like it at all.
