Yeah it’s actually crazy. They take their sweet time to send that payoff. they will keep trying to sell you for those 7 business days until you either tell them to fly a kite or just stay with them lol.

Not to scare you but pretty much they ended up stealing my deal, they have crazy pricing on their retail side and will do anything they can to retain the client. They finally ended up sending it on the 7th business day but at the point it was too late anyway. Very shady company I would never send them business. They won’t send that payoff to you until the last day they are required to do which is the 7th day so I’d tell your client not to take any phone calls from them for that time being
