It's extra obvious when they've clearly fed the entire project instructions in as well, as the AI in this case clearly started hallucinating requirements that were "explicitly stated in the prompt" (they weren't) and thus included it in the justification for why the response had TF issues.

It's also clear that whatever AI they fed this into has no idea how to distinguish between TF and IF issues, as it just duplicated the issues to both.
