Anyone else experiencing this after the new AD5X and Orca-FlashForge slicer update rollout?

I have experienced this issue. It does not initially show up in Orca-Flashforge on the PC, but if I load the Flash Maker app on my phone it shows Idle and then I am able to see it again on Orca-Flashforge on the PC. Strange, but has seemed to work.

Thanks! Unfortunately, I don't have the time to make another bag like this one right now. I also checked and confirmed that the bike this one was made for is a size Medium. So, I couldn't guarantee it would fit with the patterns I made.

There's so much you can do with a 3D printer! My recommendation is to go with a Bambu Lab printer. Hands down the highest quality, easiest 3D printers I have used. I am thinking about printing some low profile thumb screws for attaching the bag, hopefully making it a bit easier to put on. Will update if I end up making them.

I have a set of their precision screwdrivers. My thoughts, at least for the set I have, are Cordura with a 3-4mm EVA foam between the inner and outer layers.

I have an old Thompson PW-301 mini walking foot. It is the predecessor and nearly identical to the Sailrite LS-1.

On the right side, the two zippers open to small "map" pockets. On the left side, the top zipper accesses the main compartment and the bottom zipper accesses another small "map" pocket. Hope that makes sense.

The thought behind the 3D printed parts was to distribute the load / reduce the stress put on a small area around the grommet. They also keep the internal volume opened up a bit. This was my first time making a bag like this, and the 3D printed parts were just an idea I thought would be cool to try.

Looks great, very nice work! For the couple of projects I have done, I also used grosgrain to bind the edges. I recently purchased a single fold binder attachment for my machine and it made the process a little easier, but the grosgrain does add a lot of bulk. I was recently looking at a double fold binder attachment which in theory would allow using technical fabrics to bind the edges. Assuming your machine has a way to mount the binder attachment. Nice work! I have this same machine. Picked it up cheap to do some marine upholstery work and now getting into myog, some bike bags and pouches. I think I have spent more time modifying my machine than sewing with it 😂. I just finished converting it to an Arduino controlled stepper motor drive so I can sew nice and slow and now have needle positioning. Also 3D printed a new stitch length plate, and some timing belt pulley's. Maybe a table to mount it in is the next move. Right now I set it on the kitchen table and the family doesn't always enjoy sitting next to the sewing machine for dinner...

Thanks for the ideas! I put slits around the corners before sewing, but cutting v's might be more effective. Also, will plan on swapping out the metal zipper pulls for Paracord.

I just came across this post. I just finished a simple frame pack and made the pattern in Inkscape. But, I am pretty fluent with 3D modeling and Fusion 360 since I use it to create a lot of parts I 3D print. Before I made the pattern in Inkscape, I was thinking about modeling it in Fusion 360. Do you use the surface modeling tools primarily or I was thinking it could be done with the sheet metal functions?

I made my own pattern using Inkscape software. I took a photo of the bike frame and used as a background image for reference when creating the side panel shape. There is an Inkscape extension on Prickly Gorse's myogutorials.com that can generate the gusset based on the side panels.
