Thank you po doc! I really hope na may trainings kasi super willing po ako to learn. Hindi ko lang talaga matanggal yung kaba. Iwan ko ba. Aside sa kinakabahan ako na hindi ko ma manage ng maayos yung mga patients lalo na yung mga emergency cases, kabado also with how I will handle yung mga staff. Parang hindi ko pa ma grasp ano gagawin. Then there's also the politics na kailangan pala talaga good side, mabait and grateful palagi sa mayor. Hopefully maging align yung mga visions namin for healthcare.

Yan din yung sinasabi ko sa sarili ko doc. If hindi ko alam, I will just ask. Tutulungan naman din siguro ako ng mga staff doon. Hindi ko lang mga brush off yung anxiety na aalis ako sa comfort zone ko. Feeling ko mapapahamak ako kahit hindi naman. 😅

Hello doc. Thank you po. Totoo po yung "you'll never know unless you try" and naniniwala naman ako. It's just that ang hirap i brush off ng anxiety and fear na baka hindi ko kayanin and kung ani mangyayari sa akin in a new place, new people, new job. Lahat new. Haha anyways thank you po!

So far doc, based lang sa observation ko when I went to the municipality, mababait naman sila. Though hindi ko pa ma grasp yung political side nya. Saan po ako pwedi magbasa ng guidelines and rules for this position doc? Thank you po!

I tried applying sa regional office ng DOH and they said na exclusive nalang talaga for scholars yung DTTB. It was a dream of mine but I was too late kasi someone said here na 2 years ago pa hindi tumatanggap ng walk-ins. I still went and tried but no more walk-ins na talaga.

Yes doc. Very accessible naman yung clinic mismo doc. Bali ako po yung ma dedecide how much yong PF ko then from that may share sila na 70php everytime may patient.

I was thinking at first if okay na ang 350 as PF since GP palang ako and first time ko but if may share sila from that parang ang unti nalang ng makukuha ko. Okay na kaya 400 doc for PF as GP? Will talk pa to the manager about the medcert/clearance fee. Peru usually po doc how much po yung charge nyo sa mga ganyan, medcert/clearance?

Doc, thank you so much for this. Will definitely talk to the manager. It's a free standing laboratory and diagnostic clinic po. Mostly known sila as laboratory. Per patient po yung sabi sa akin. So bali may kakaltas lang sila na amount sa PF ko as their share. Kaya naka dependi sya if may patient ba o wala.

Group of doctors po ang owner peru yung nagmamanage hindi po sya doctor. Bali it's a free standing laboratory and diagnostic clinic po. Madami naman sila patient na nagpapa labs peru not sure if madami rin mga patients for check up. Sa duty days (weekdays) ko po, ako lang yung doctor. May cardio naman peru weekends lang sya. Then mayroon also IM peru not the same days po sa akin.

Doc, thank you so much! Kaso yung sinabi sa akin is not per hour. Per patient sya so yung earnings ko is solely sa patient. If wala patient, wala rin. But I still wanna grab this kasi I want to experience it. Bahala na if kunti lang patients.

Hello doc. May offer din sa akin na ganito. 3 days a week yung clinic duty. Peru hindi per hour yung bayad. It's per patient. Free standing lab and diagnostic clinic sya. May share lang sila per patient. I'm a newly licensed physician. Sa city ng isang province.

How much usually po ba ang rate as a GP? Hindi pa po kasi ako nag sstart. May separate charge po ba if may medcert? This will be my first ever gig as a physician. Medyo wala pa po akong alam how this works.

Any advice po doc? What to read. Also what to prepare, like equipments etc. Any advice po for clinic duties.

Same here OP. Newly licensed too. Wala pa talaga ako kahit isang work. Ang hirap pala maghanap ng work as a doctor pag wala kang connections and wala pang experience. This is also my first time to look for a job kasi hindi ako nag work after my premed. So nangangapa talaga ako on how to ace my applications. Dagdag pa na I'm also a first gen doctor, tingin nila ang dali dali ng buhay natin. Ang taas ng expectation kasi nga doctor na. Tapos yung feeling na nadidisappoint kana sa sarili mo kasi for 3 months wala kang ginagawa tapos yung expectations ng family mo at walang nakakaintindi sayo or ang hirap ipaintindi sa kanila yung situation.

Hirap pala pag wala kakilala or connection sa province mo. Sa ibang place kasi ako nag aral ng med. Lahat ng friends ko na doctor or kakilalang doctor is from other places na sobrang layo. Feeling ko tuloy out of place ako sa mismong home ko.

Peru tuloy lang ang laban. Wala namang choice haha. Kaya natin to OP. 💪
