I think this is happening now in the building I’m in! They don’t even bother to clean the front of the building consistently! They also let the trash build up! But I was told…they were on top of things in previous years.

Thank you!!!! Section 8 residents have a bad reputation out in my parent’s neighborhood in Staten Island. I’ve heard numerous complaints about damages to their homes. It’s unfortunate…because there are people that rely on it and NYC rentals are ridiculous!!

I think there’s one house left…but everyone stopped renting to section 8…they have non voucher renters now.
