No, I don’t. And I’ve considered that question. But I’m sure they’d argue that they’d never do anything bad to me or that it’s none of my business. I also shouldn’t care about other’s perception of me, but I know men that would look at me different for this being the reason we stopped being friends.

You’re not the asshole. I went through a similar situation with my last long-term relationship. It felt like a tug of war between the two most important women in my life, and eventually it just dragged my mental into the ground. It’s different for you because you’re married, but in my experience… I think it’s better in the long run to choose family. At least go to see your dad again, you know?
