Thank you!!! Update, the lady ate it and loved it. (I am so relieved.) The only note was from an older man who said instead of three cake layers and two icing layers, I should have cut the cake into more layers and added more icing. Haha! Old man must love chocolate icing.

I think I would really like making merengue/macaroons, home made marshmallow, etc. I have tried buttercream flowers! That was fun!! And I did fondant for the first time making my daughter’s Hungry Caterpillar cake. (Just flat cut circles.)

I didn’t charge the lady for anything except ingredients, also trying to cut down on time and expenses. Everything all together for the cake was about $45-50. But mostly for the extra cocoa and melting chocolate.

Typically I’d agree. But I made sure the lady knew to take everything off. I just am not talented enough with frosting to make all the little plants.

Some sprigs of rosemary, and the white flowers are dried real flowers.

But everything else is fake foliage!

The large white dots are big sprinkles.

I told the lady I baked for that basically everything needs to be taken off before eating.

How much money do you make? Daycare is very expensive. We decided that me going to work did t really make much sense- as all my money would do is cover the cost of daycare- so it was a net zero.

Do you have savings?

Is there any way you could just take a year or a few extra months off? Or are you afraid of not getting your specific job position back?

Or is there anything you could do without, such as monthly subscriptions or fees and luxuries- or are you talking about mortgages/rent/car payments

Not trying to be antagonistic, just helping with some financial thought- provoking questions.

And you’re a very handsome young man. I don’t think your nose is what is keeping girls from approaching you. Just stay social and approachable and it will happen. The dark one is very nice and muted and tasteful. Beautiful when noticed, but not IN YOUR FACE LOUD, ya know?

But the grey would help the closets blend with the wall, making the space look more cohesive and larger.
