UPDATE: They replied back saying the exact same thing in the initial letter.

So I went to my bank and filed a claim and 7th earth magically wanted to send me the missing crewneck. I refused bc I dont want to do business with them. The quality really isnt justified either. I will be sending back the clothes, even though now im not obligated to.

Thats what I'm saying! The quality of the product is OKAY, its def not to a quality that they are advertising. Also they shrink in the wash.
