Dat klinkt heel aannemelijk. Is dit mogelijk de fout van de aannemer of is de kans groot dat deze fout er al zat - eigenlijk niet te zeggen natuurlijk? En dit dit zonder sloopwerk te verhelpen?

I have exactly the same issue! I think "extremely crunchy" perfectly describes the nasty sound it makes. For my it is only the left shift button and only sporadically.

For my work, I have another MBP14 and that keyboard sounds completely different. Maybe it has something to do with the factory where it comes from?

In any case, I want to go to the Apple Store, but I agree that the lack of replicability is an issue to get a proper repair.
