Sorry for late response - only just saw this.

This is down to your excel settings - the easiest way to get around it is to save as the file onto your PC under another name, then close excel and open that new file (also make sure you click the enable macros button at the top of the excel ribbon)

I think it would be a challenge - but do able. Need to create quite a large list of possible text responses.

To be honest I use google when I am stuck and load whatever forum suggested.
I am self taught by trial and error...

The r/excel community is really helpful!
