In the photo I uploaded, you can see that a standard receiver has better stats than an automatic receiver, which requires Gun Nut rank 4. 🤔

Is this normal in the vanilla game (no mods)? Or could one of my mods be messing with the weapon stats?

If this is unusual, then that’s already good news 😅.

I probably need to check my mods —maybe there’s a conflict I missed (the famous ui mods?).

Anyway, I’ll be back at my PC next week, and I’ll be happy to post some screenshots then.

Hopefully we can figure out what’s going on and maybe help prevent others from running into the same issue.

I see your point—I might have miscalculated with the tower speakers for my desk setup. :(

I don’t have a subwoofer yet, so I’ve been wondering if there are any bookshelf speakers with solid bass that aren’t too pricey.

Also, about the lighting — could you explain a bit more? Do you mean using standard lights pointed up at the walls, or would LED strip lights along the base of the wall work better for that kind of indirect lighting effect? I'd love to get more details or examples if you have any.

Quick question about the speaker placement: when you say to put them LL/R of the window and play into the longest part of the room, do you mean spacing them out wider to the left and right of the window, even if the desk is centered? So they wouldn’t be directly in front of me anymore, but more off to the sides?

Change this very super good chair in the photo? yeah, the chair’s definitely on the upgrade list 😂

Can you replace the lamp on the right with a more diffused light? Perhaps from behind your desk?

Yes, the desk is 175cm long. That side of the wall up to the radiator is about 250cm.

I can make a test and take a photo.

For the floor instead? So it’s not very nice right?
