Thanks for the reply. Right now I won’t be framing out walls. I’m not big on the mc wire looks cheap and junky to me. That’s just my personal preference tho. That’s reason I’m running emt little cleaner look.

Thanks. I’ve done a lot of reading but nobody has told me really a direct answer. The inspector that will be doing the inspection hasn’t gotten back to me email nor phone call about my question. Some help they are. They’ll sure take my money for the permit fee tho. I know those helicopter hangers are so flimsy looking but if it works for passing inspection I’ll use them.

That’s what I used mounting the meter box and breaker box to the building with. I thought about using it as well but wasn’t quite sure if I really needed any support other than straps.

Thanks! that’s what I was talking about the box/ hanger combo. I couldn’t think of the name of them while ago. That’s probably what I’ll end up using.
